Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and built on satin ribbon or decorative rope with tassels that range from 18"-14" (45-35cm).
Tassels can be easily moved around so you can create a fuller or sparse look.
Tassels can be on a matching ribbon,sea grass twine or decorative rope. please choose at the drop down menu.
