Please note - Special Air Filled Balloon Instructions: We recommend carefully inflating balloons with a balloon pump or by mouth. Balloons self seal when inflated and have instructions for deflating for re-use. Filling balloon with helium will not make this balloon float. We do not refund popped balloons.
