You can laminate these so they are reusable with dry erase markers or print them out (1 or 2 forms page sheet of paper) to get orders during the drive through event. The top of the form features the cookie photos with their prices and descriptions. The bottom sections allows you to collect the customer's name and car info to make it easier to deliver their cookie order plus the totals and payment type.
