The “Proofing” Process. All orders receive a proof that will be emailed to you prior to printing for your review. The proofing process allows you to make changes or alterations to your custom product prior to printing.

Turnaround time and shipping information:
1. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of proof approval, please allow up to 3 days in house printing time unless its a Rush Order, Rush orders ship in 1 business day.
2. Rush Orders are available, Etsy Message us for details
3. We ship by US Postal service First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express.
4. If you need to upgrade shipping, options are available at checkout. Prices include cost of shipping and rush fee.

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you.
If the return is being made simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 30 days of the purchase date. Great Little Favor Co does NOT accept returns on personalized items, edible products, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped without labels attached.
Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
