****Ordering****

Select number of items purchasing from dropdown menu. In notes to seller indicate which theme in our shop you want, the items from the list above that you are wanting. Also include name and age for personalizations.

Items will be as is in the listing photos from your chosen theme. No changes will be made without prior conversation with shop (may include customization fee).

By purchasing this listing you agree to all our shops policies.

****Processing/Turn around****

Orders will be filled same day if ordered before 5pm M-F CST, and within 24 hours if after 5pm. We will periodically be able to follow those same times on weekends, but this is not guaranteed unless we have previously discussed it. Custom order turnover is 1-2 business days unless another time has been given. We do not charge any rush fees ever! If you need an item right away feel free to message us, and more than likely we can send it out within an hour or two.

****Other Information about our items****

All our items are as is in the listing photo, unless customization has been agreed upon before purchase.

At this time we do not offer printing services, and all our items are digital files only. They will be sent via email to your email on files with etsy from a files sharing service in PDF format.

Only ONE PHOTO may be sent for a photo invitation order. The quality of the printed photo invitation is only as good as the photo you send to us. Please make sure the photo is a high resolution photo taken with a camera. If the photo is blurry or grainy when sent to us, it will appear so in the invitation also. Photos may be cropped to fit into the layout of the invitation.

Due to the digital nature of our digital items, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on items delivered electronically, or that are downloaded instantly. You may request your order to be canceled ONLY if we have not began the design process on it.

****Printing****

You may print your items as many times as you like, where ever you wish. At home or using a printing service, you pick! All items will be sent with Instructions on what type of paper to use for best results for each individual item in the package. We are always available also to help you along the way with any printing questions and recommendations.
