Printing can be done at a local print center such as Office Max or Staples or even at home! I recommend printing on white card stock, then cut out pennants and hole punch the top 2 corners. Use any string or ribbon you'd like to hang. (I attached the little colored flags with a piece of tape over the top and the string - not hole punched)
