This is a single polished Lincoln penny (1959 - 2023) with two initials and a heart hand-stamped around the year. The initials are separated by an ampersand (&) or a plus sign (+). The initials, symbol, and heart will be blackened in so that they stand out. If you don't want a heart around the year, please let me know.

➽➽➽ Production time on this item is 3-5 business days (PRIOR to shipping), which does not include weekends or holidays. This means your item will ship no later than 1 week after the date you place your order, unless there is a federal holiday(s) involved.

➽➽➽ This item will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail Parcel (3-7 days typical delivery AFTER production) in a bubble envelope OR via USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate box (2-3 days typical delivery AFTER production). Both shipping options come with USPS Tracking™. Please remember that Priority Mail shipping just means that the item will be delivered faster, NOT that it will be created faster; faster shipping does not equal faster production.

➽➽➽ Pictures are enlarged (close-ups) to show detail. The photos are not the actual size of the finished item. Please refer to the applicable scale information shown in the photos (i.e., the U.S. penny, the U.S. dime, the U.S. nickel, the ruler, etc.) and/or the listing description for actual dimensions. Remember, U.S. pennies are only 19mm across (roughly 3/4-inch or 0.75 inches), U.S. dimes are only 17.7mm across (less than 3/4-inch; roughly 0.70 inches), and U.S. nickels are only 21.2mm across (roughly 0.84 inches).

➽➽➽ NOTE: I do *not* stamp on the front & back of any single penny. Stamping on one side causes a slight "smudge" in the metal on the opposite side (because the metal is soft). If you stamp on both sides of the penny, one side of the stamped characters ends up slightly distorted. The only way to avoid this is to stamp the characters *very* lightly, which means they don't show up very well, even when darkened in. Thanks for understanding.

➽➽➽ All pieces are handcrafted by me. Spacing between, and depth of, hand-stamped letters, numbers, characters/images, etc., will vary slightly between, and within, items. These small variations add to the charm and unique nature of each piece. They are not imperfections.

❶ From the drop-down menu above, please select the penny year you want. For this listing, the year must be between 1959 and 2023. If you would like an earlier year of penny, please convo me to set up a custom order.

❷ In the Comments box at Checkout, please let me know the two initials you want me to stamp on the penny and whether you prefer an ampersand ("&") or plus sign ("+") or a tiny solid heart ("❤") stamped between them. Initials will be stamped in uppercase letters (using the font pictured) unless you tell me specifically that you want them stamped in lowercase letters.

❸ I hand-drill a hole in the top of the penny and thread a 0.25-inch red, green, white, ivory, silver, old/antique gold, bright gold, navy, dark purple, wine/maroon/burgundy satin ribbon or 11 varieties of Christmas-patterned ribbon through the hole. The ribbon is tied at the top, and the ribbon ends are singed to prevent fraying. I also have natural tan color jute twine available (and I use Fray Check to keep the twine ends from unraveling). ✔ Each hand-stamped item is stamped by me, by hand, using a hammer -- one letter/number/character/symbol at a time -- so the letters/characters/numbers may not be perfectly lined up, which only adds to the charming, rustic appeal of an item. No two will ever look the same!

✔ PLEASE be certain to provide me with ALL requested customization details at Checkout. Failure to do so can result in shipping delays which are beyond my control per my policies. ✔ I ship ALL items with USPS Tracking™ (formerly called "Delivery Confirmation") which means I ***CANNOT*** ship anything by regular USPS First Class Mail; it must be sent as a USPS First Class Parcel to qualify for USPS Tracking™. This is slightly more expensive for very small, flat items, but the tracking information provides you with proof that I shipped the package and proof of delivery.
