This balloon includes a self-sealing valve, preventing the gas from escaping after it's inflated. The balloon can be inflated with helium to float or with a balloon air inflator. The balloon arrives uninflated.

The balloons are reusable! Just insert a straw into the valve and squeeze the air or helium out of the balloons, fold them up, and store them away from direct sunlight.
