This adorable ice cream themed party hat will sit upon her head. 1st birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The ice cream cone and number were diecut and pompom trim was added. It is then attached to an embossed circle on top of a handmade medallion. Her name is added below in red glitter. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
