Once assembled they measure: 4cm wide x 7cm high {1.5" x 2.75"}

Once I have received payment I will email you a US letter sized file (this prints perfectly on A4 paper too). The Pdf file contains 2 pages - 2 house templates on each page.

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING COSTS.
Simply print as many as you like, cut them out, assemble and voila!

All you need is:
Card {thicker card stock for best results - at least 250gsm}
Scissors or craft knife
Glue or double sided tape

If you prefer a differnt colour combination or would like me to create something especially for you I am happy to do custom orders.
