This is a PDF printable file and will be emailed to you to print and cut yourself. I recommend printing PDFs at office max, fed ex, staples, ups store etc. i have had best quality results printing on 100# glossy cover stock but card stock is also a great option. Circles can be printed on full sheet sticker or label paper - sorry, they are not formatted to precut circle labels. You can buy a 3 inch circle punch at any craft store or on amazon.
If your print center does not accept password protected files follow these steps:
1. Download the file
2. Open the file in preview
3. Select FILE -> EXPORT AS PDF
or Select FILE -> PRINT -> PDF -> SAVE AS PDF
4. Upload this file to print center website.

Files can be printed at home or at any local print center such as Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, UPS store, etc. This is not a JPEG so cannot be printed at a photo shop like Walgreens or Costco.
