* Balloons ship flat/deflated.
* 16" balloons are slightly pear shaped; 17" are round.
* Balloons can be inflated with air or helium.
* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.
* All balloons made in the USA, far superior quality to balloons made outside of the USA.
* Do not leave balloons with children who are unsupervised due to choking and suffocation hazard.
* I do not offer custom text or graphics on balloons.

The nets are made of clear poly and are very light, making it so easy for the balloons to float. Fill your 16" or 17" balloon with helium, then slip into net. You can also inflate with air, but the balloons will not float.
Helium Tip: If you want your balloon to float, inflate with helium.
Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.
If you don't need it to float, perhaps hanging it from a ceiling, it can be air inflated.

Standard shipping usually takes 2-6 business days once shipped, does not include insurance for loss or damage, or guarantee of date of delivery.
Priority shipping usually take 2-4 business days once shipped, includes insurance for loss or damage, does not guarantee date of delivery.
RUSH Priority shipping puts you at the top of the orders list, and ships by Priority mail as described above.
Express Priority shipping usually will take 1-3 days once shipped, includes RUSH which puts your order at the top of the orders list, and also includes insurance and guaranteed date of delivery by USPS.
If order is delayed by USPS, please contact Party Surprise, however the date of delivery is not guaranteed by Party Surprise, only the date of shipping. Returning packages must be discussed first with Party Surprise, package must be UNopened, returned within seven business days.
