This adorable hot air balloon party hat will sit upon his head. Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The hot air balloon and number 1 were diecut and pieced together. They were then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots onto a handmade medallion. A diecut and glossed name is added underneath. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
