This banner was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned papers. The hot air balloons were die cut and then attached to the circles. The white circles are embossed with tiny dots. White Satin ribbon ties it all together. 6 inches of ribbon is left loose on the ends.

Approximately 20 inches long.
