Jingle and Mingle with this holiday passport invitation. It can be used for an open house or holiday party, or even a magical Winter Wonderland birthday. When printed it will have an illustrated cover and an inside with a picture, personalized information, and even personalized passport stamps.

Nothing will be shipped to you! This listing is for a PDF. I will send a proof via convo within (2) business days after receiving all of the information requested below.

Print as many passports as you wish for your own personal use!

The passports measure 3-1/2" wide x 4-7/8" tall when folded (about 8.89 cm wide x 12.38 cm tall). Use standard 4-Bar envelopes for mailing.

All sheets in this PDF set are formatted to 8.5x11 sheets of paper (letter size). The designs do not exceed 8"x10.5" so international customers should not have an issue printing on A4 paper.

This PDF includes the following:
• Instructions
• (1) 8.5x11 sheet of paper (letter size) with (2) passport covers
• (1) 8.5x11 sheet of paper (letter size) with (2) passport insides

The passport invitation is printed double-sided on 8.5x11 paper (letter size) and cut out.

The passport can be mailed in a standard 4-Bar envelope.

A proof will be sent to you within 2 business days if all the required information is provided. In the "Notes to Seller" section please supply the following information at Checkout:

1. The last and first name of the celebrant, or a family name
2. Title of your party (i.e. Holiday Open House)
3. Date of the party
4. Time of the party
5. Location/ Address of the party
6. RSVP information - phone number and/or email address
7. Date or message for the Sleigh Passport Stamp (eg a birthdate or the party date for baby or bridal showers)
8. Date for the North Pole Passport Stamp (eg the party date or the due date/wedding date for baby or bridal showers)
9. Any registry information, if applicable

If your party is for more than one person, please send me your photo BEFORE ordering. I may need to edit the photo to make the image work in my passport format which will incur a small surcharge.

• A color printer, or access to a color printer at a copy center, office, or friend's house
• 8.5x11 (letter size) heavy weight white paper
• Cutting tools (scissors or craft knife or paper trimmer)
• Scoring tool (bone folder or craft knife or ball burnisher)

PLEASE NOTE: Our PDFs are password protected. You will be unable to make any changes to our file(s). If you would like to print the file at a local print center, you will need to bring the file into the print shop on a flash drive or CD, or email it to them. You will not be able to upload the file to Staples.com's online print center, or similar websites. Those sites do not accept password protected files.

Once you purchase this listing and supply the required information, I will put will put together a proof of your personalized passport. I typically work on proofs in the morning, Monday-Friday. You will receive the proof in an Etsy Convo within (2) business days. Once approved, I will email the final PDF file to your email address on record with Etsy. No cancellations can be processed once a proof has been created. And after I create the final PDF, no changes can be made - please review the proof carefully.
