We add many layers of tissue paper to make them look really fluffy and we use only the best quality tissue paper available on the market to make them look good and easy to fluff.

pom poms are shipped pre-assembled but not fully bloomed. Instructions are included for easy fluffing.

-Every pom pom been made of GENEROUS amount of tissue paper sheets to make them fluffy and full.
