There are 28 tassels on this 8' long garland. Each tassel is about 12 1/2 inches long. Each tassel is wrapped with gold washi tape for an extra special finishing touch. Each tassel is individually tied to the twine so you can hang it at a deep swoop without the tassels slipping into the middle. They are also loose enough that you can easily move them along the twine to get them closer together or further apart.
Also comes with 20 tassels on 6' length of twine.
