★ What am I purchasing? ★

You are purchasing a high resolution (300DPI) jpg and PDF file, for you to print via a print shop. This allows you to save on costs by having it printed yourself. It is quite a simple process, simply download the file, and either take into your local printing store on a thumb drive, or upload to an online printer and have printed and shipped to you. If you have any questions or difficulties, I am completely happy to guide you through the process! I will never leave you hanging, and would work with guiding and assisting you until you have successfully uploaded or printed your files.

★ How do I customise it with my name/date? ★

When you go to add it to your cart, there is a box that asks you to enter your names and date. Then once I have received your order it will be visible for me to go ahead and start creating your proof!

★ How long until I receive my proof, and where will you send it? ★

➢ My business hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday AUSTRALIAN TIME. It depends when I receive your order and where your order is in the queue, it could be 10 minutes, or it could be 48 hours. To be safe, please allow 48 hours. If you need a super quick turnaround, please message me FIRST to see what my schedule is like :)

➢ It will be sent to your Etsy conversations inbox. If you do not respond to me after 48 hours, then I will send you an email to the email address listed with your order.

★ Then what? ★

Once you have received your proof, please check the spelling, punctuation and wording CAREFULLY. Once you have approved it, I will send the high resolution jpg and PDF to your email address listed with your order.

★ What sizes can I choose from? ★

Please check the sizes offered by your chosen printing shop BEFORE placing your order. It may vary for different countries or printing providers. If you choose a specific size, and then try to print it in a different size, it will cut off either the edges, or tops, or both, or online programs may reject your file.
