These are hand cut, designed and decorated by myself with great joy. A very sturdy hat made of heavy weight artist paper and covered with a crafting paper. Hat bears the characteristic Mad Hatter tags which can be personalized and your choice of a RED or PINK fabric sash knotted in the back with flowing tails.
Allow 3-5 days for 1-3 hats -varies depending on existing orders and quantity ordered. Orders of 4 or more sets will require additional time to produce.
