* Inflate latex and mylar foil with helium if you want them to float. They can also be inflated with air but will not float.
* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.
* Balloons ship flat/deflated.
* Balloon twirlz/tail - easily attach to balloon. Can be cut down if too long. If you want another color from chart above, leave a message when checking out.
* Inflate number with air using provided straw, these do not float, use ribbon to hang.
