* Rainbow number of your choice mylar foil 13.5" (photos 1 & 3), air fill, do not use helium.
* Clear with paint splatter look, latex 11"
* Diamond clear with gold script Happy Birthday latex 11"

Balloon Information:
* Inflate latex and mylar foil with helium if you want them to float. They can also be inflated with air but will not float.
* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air.
* Bubble balloons are made of a stretchy plastic, become round, can be inflated with air or helium, and can last for a couple of weeks if in good conditions.
* Balloons ship flat/deflated.
* Balloon twirlz/tail - easily attach to balloon. Can be cut down if too long. If you want another color from chart above, leave a message when checking out. Needs mylar or bubble balloon at least 18" inflated with good quality helium, or simply hang on a wall and use air.
