The PDF file template includes two different sized boxes. The large favor box prints onto two sheets of letter size or A4 card stock. The small favor box prints onto one sheet of card stock. The assembled boxes (excluding the chimney) measure:

- large haunted house - 4.5" x 2.5" x 5" (11.4 x 6.3 x 12.7cm)
- small haunted house - 3.2" x 1.8" x 3.7" (8.1 x 4.6 x 9.4cm)

This listing includes two versions of the file with different text on the roof: one says "Happy Haunting!" and the other "Happy Halloween!". Please note that the text can not be modified on the file.
