Vintage Ephemera Halloween Banner.
1. The material used is chipboard; not flimsy cardstock. Each cards measure about 4 x 5 inch and there are 8 cards in the banner. They can be gently adjusted along the ribbon to make the length longer or shorter as desired.
2. The banner is packaged in a clear cellophane bag for easy and protective storage. To replace in box, leave a bit of distance between cards and fold them accordion style.
3. The garlands are easily hung almost anywhere indoors using pushpins, tacks, nails, tape or by tying. Try hanging one on a door, window, wall, under shelves or on the mantel!
