Use a balloon pump (not included) to inflate balloons. This kit comes with everything you need to assemble your Halloween display. Use this kit to decorate photo booth backdrops, walls or create jaw-dropping entryways at your kid's spooktacular birthday party. • Includes balloon tape, metallic purple cord, and glue dots
• Instructions included
• Simple self-assembly required
• Balloons can be filled with or without helium
• Helium is not required
• Balloons arrive deflated and will need to be filled with the included balloon pump. Do not overfill balloons. Assembly takes around 45 minutes and is best done within 2 days of your event. Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons.

WARNING: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
