Once all personalization information is received, I will send a proof by Etsy Message for you to approve prior to sending you your final digital file (JPG). Your proof will be uploaded to Etsy within one business day after receiving approval.
If you would like a size other than an 8x10 or 11x14, please email me prior to purchase.
The grandchildren are depicted as little birds, along with the names and birthdates listed below as show in the samples. If you require more than 8 names, please send me a message prior to ordering to be sure that the size will fit the style of the tree. More names can certainly be added (one with 12 is in the preview), but it does change the placement of the birds as there are only 8 "heart" branches.
The text for “Grandchildren Make Life Grand” is not editable. This text can be removed and any text or your choice can be added as long as it fits the design space.

Add item to your cart and provide following info in "NOTES TO SELLER" at checkout:
- Size Requested (8x10 or 11x14)
- Number of grandchildren (number of birds)
- The names of the grandchildren (indicate boy or girl) and the birthdate
- List the names in the order in which you would like them to appear
- Which background option would you like? (Black Chalk Background / Wood Background / Gray Texture, or "other")
- Which font style (silver glitter or white).
Please note that all personalized information must be provided at the time of order or you turn around time might be delayed.
Once your order is completed and the final file(s) uploaded to Etsy, you will receive an email from Etsy (sent to the email address you have linked to your Etsy account) with a download link. You can also view your Instant Download(s) by clicking on "Your Account", then "Purchases".
