Once all personalization information is received, I will send a proof to by Etsy Messages for you to approve prior to sending you your final digital file (JPG). Your proof will be sent within one business day. After approval, you will receive the final digital file within one business day. Add item to your cart and provide following info in "NOTES TO SELLER" at checkout:
- Size Requested (8x10 or 11x14)
- Number of grandchildren
- The names of the grandchildren (indicate boy or girl) and the date of birth
- Color preference of the watercolor in the heart associated with the name
- List the names in the order in which you would like them to appear (bottom to top)
- Background choice
Please note that all personalized information must be provided at the time of order or you turn around time might be delayed.
Your Grandchildren personalized family tree artwork will be uploaded to Etsy for you to download within 1 Business Day of proof approval (excluding weekends and US holidays). Any orders received after close of business on Friday, will be completed on Monday.

Download the file(s) to your computer. Now you're ready to print!
Print from home, online, or in store. For paper, I recommend using a bright white heavy card stock (100 lbs) . The printer and paper you choose will determine the final print quality.
**If printing at home, be sure that you printer is capable of printing on heavy weight/card stock paper and the size you prefer to print **
►Please note that due to different monitor calibrations the colors may slightly differ from monitors to print. Final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.
► We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized altering of the file and poor print quality or printing errors caused by your printer.
► If you are not confident that your home printer will produce the quality desired, we recommend having your file printed at a copy center, online printer or professional print shop. ►Please be sure to run a "test print" ahead of time to be sure your home printer will produce the desired results.
