Available to purchase as a digital PDF file you can have printed yourself or select a printed size from the drop down menu at checkout and we will have the sign printed and shipped directly to you! Printed sign includes a plastic yard stake and free 8-business day shipping (plus production time) shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. If you order the digital file no physical item will be shipped to your house. Leave your choice of colors and name for sign at checkout. • Choose single or double sided sign from drop down menu at checkout.
• If you choose the digital file at checkout we will change the colors, name and graduation year then email you a PDF file for you to print in 2-3 business days. No physical items are mailed when digital file is selected.
• Purchase includes FREE 8-business day shipping. This does not include production time. Production time to provide a proof is 2-business days. A proof will be sent for approval in 2-business days. Once approved item is sent for printing. 8 day ship time only begins once the item has been approved by the customer. Any item approved on weekends or after 5:00 PST will not be sent for printing until the next business day (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST). Business days don't include weekends and holidays.

• Shipping is currently only available to the 48 contiguous United States. We're sorry but we don't ship to PO Box addresses.
ACTION REQUIRED: A proof will be emailed in 2-business days. No sign will be printed or shipped until it approved by the customer.

PRINTED SIGNS:
You will receive a proof here on etsy to approve in 2-business days. Business days are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST not including holidays. Once the proof is approved item will be shipped in 8-business days. or you have the option to upgrade to 4-6 business days at checkout. If proof is not approved during business hours item will be shipped on the next business day. For example if proof is approved on Friday at 5:30pm 8-day shipping time will not start until Monday.
DISCLAIMER: No signs are printed or shipped until the proof is approved by the customer. If you don't see a proof from us in 2-business days please check your spam folder. If it still can't be found contact us. If we don't receive your approval in 15-business days the order will be cancelled and all but $12.00 will be refunded. A $12.00 fee is kept for services already provided.

Pease note that colors may vary depending on your computer monitor and/or printer and even different types of paper and ink can affect colors. Tangerine Paper Shoppe is not responsible for the resulting color variations and there will be no refunds and no design revisions of colors if you do not like the colors when printed. I suggest printing off a proof page before purchasing matching decorations if color matching is important to you.

Shop hours for sending and receiving emails is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. I try to answer emails after hours and on weekends when possible but this is my family time. I accept orders 24/7. Orders placed during business hours will receive items within 3 business days.
