This elegant black, white, gold and polkadot tassel garland would make your New Year's Eve or graduation celebration absolutely POP. "Over The Hill" parties would be perfect with this as part of the decor. In fact, I can see this at ANY party or celebration where ultimate glamour is the theme.
This garland uses black, white, black and white polkadot tissue and gold mylar. Choose from 8ft with 28 tassels or 6ft with 20 tassels. The tassels are varying lengths but you may also request them to be all one length if you want.
Each tassel is individually tied to the twine so you can hang them at a deep swoop without the tassels slipping into the middle. You can even hang them from a balloon and they will stay in place. They're not attached too tightly so you can still slide them along the twine if you want them closer together or farther apart.
This garland comes ready to hang right out of the box. It is NOT a KIT and NO ASSEMBLY is required.
