This listing is for a black and gold glitter CONGRATS banner.

Pennants are 80lb black cardstock and are 4x6".

The letters are cut from gold glitter cardstock.

The banner is strung on black satin ribbon.

There is a graduation cap on each end of the banner. This can be changed to something else if you are celebrating something other than a graduation.

The phrase on the banner can be customized. Just message me for with the phrase and I will set up a listing for you.
