Please note that due to the nature of enamel products, the surface of each mug will differ slightly, you may notice tiny lumps and bumps in some mugs, and the occasional small blemish, mark and scratch, particularly around the lip. This is the nature of enamel mugs and adds to their rustic look.

We work with a printing partner and production times are approximately 2-7 business days, this does not include shipping time. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to social distancing measures still in place. Please note, shipping times are based on business days (weekends not included) and are separate from production times. There may be longer production/shipping times during the holidays.

This product is made especially for you. We work with professional production partners and are not able to offer refunds/exchanges/credit once an order is placed. All sales are final. We do offer returns for factory printing or sewing defects.
