The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated and can then be easily inflated using the enclosed straw. These balloons cannot be inflated with helium and will not float they are for hanging on the wall.
The balloon has tabs so they can be easily strung to hang and the opening can be taped behind the balloon to conceal.
