Balloons are made of high quality foil, and are 16" tall when flat, inflated they are about 13.5". Inflate with air (not helium, these do not float!) - just insert the straw that comes with it and blow into it, remove straw, and it's done! Be careful not to inflate too much or it will pop. These are reusable if handled gently.

Hang them by the tabs to walls or tables, super easy! Choose your options from the drops downs in the order box.

HOW TO ORDER:
Go to the DROP DOWNS in the ORDER box, and select the total quantity of balloons, add to your cart.
When you are checking out, in the NOTES to Seller box, please type in the numbers you want and how many of each number.
