The details:

~Each balloon is 13.5 inches tall when inflated and are air fill ONLY. If they are filled with helium they will NOT float.

~String is NOT INCLUDED.

~Balloons ship flat and deflated. A straw is included for inflation. Please follow the instructions included with each letter/number.

~Each balloon has tabs to be strung as a banner with twine or simply taped to your place of choice.

~If you wish to conceal balloon tails, simply use a piece of tape.

~Balloons should not be overfilled as they may pop.
