--Add the names, age or dates for the front of the label in the notes section, when placing your order.

NO CHANGES TO THE DESIGN OR COLORS CAN BE MADE. PLEASE REQUEST A CUSTOM LISTING IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOMETHING DIFFERENT
