The blues in this garland are absolutely gorgeous! I used Caribbean blue, light blue, white, and silver to make these tassels. Choose from two lengths: 8ft with 28 tassels or 6ft with 20 tassels. The tassels are 12 inches long. I top each tassel with silver washi tape and each tassel is individually tied to cotton twine so you can hang them at a deep swoop or even from a balloon as a tassel tail. The tassels won't slip and they're also loose enough that you can put them closer together or further apart if you'd like.
