Prior to painting it, a wooden scroll embellishment is permanently adhered along the top of the frame. It is then finished with a clear matte wax sealer for durability. It holds a 5" x 7" picture and comes with glass, acid-free backing, and drilled insets on the back allow for easy hanging.
