The banner was one is made by using 4x4 inch cardstock squares (light-weight enough to hang with only scotch tape)
The photo banner has been machine cut from cardstock and strung on matching ribbon just like the ONE banner -
****The rectangle photo space measures 4x6.5 inches - just attach your photo with double sided tape.

I ship all items within the US via USPS First-class mail. The delivery time for First-class mail is usually 2 to 5 days. International orders are shipped USPS first class mail. The delivery time for first class mail is 1 to 3 weeks depending on location. I cannot guarantee this. This is simply what I have observed. Just to be sure, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on international orders.
