We use 2 measurements to determine the sizes for our smocked bishop dresses. Neck size is the measurement around the neck with the button fastened. The length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. Sizes NB, 3, 6, 9 and 12 Mo comes with panties. Larger sizes do not. These are approximate measurements.
