What is a Bubble Balloon?

Accent your nautical themed party with this long- round 22" Bubble by Qualatex - Fun Sea Creatures plastic Bubble Balloon. This balloon includes a self-sealing valve, preventing the gas from escaping after it's inflated. The balloon can be inflated with helium to float. Balloon arrives uninflated.
It is stronger than mylar and foil, it is Pop-Resistant!!! - but it is not pop proof, so stay within the recommended parameters.
Bubbles are non-allergenic and safe for use in hospitals and other latex-free environments.
Inflate balloon immediately upon opening the package.
