Your card will come in the form of a high resolution 300DPI JPG FILE that will be sent to you via Etsy Messenger typically within 1 to 3 days. Because this file is digital, you can print as many copies as you'd like from home or from your local or online photo lab, text or email friends and family, or post to any social media site you like. (No printed materials will be mailed to you.)

Please include the following information:

Send photo via convo- Please send photos not edited and not cropped.

• First Name
• Age
• Party Street Address, City, State where the party will be hosted
• Date and Time of the party (e.g. Saturday, March 21 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM)
• RSVP name, phone number or email (e.g. Cassie 555-5555)

PHOTOS
CONVO US YOUR PHOTO - Photo should be ready for insertion. Its better if your photo is of high resolution (around 300DPI to 600DPI). Also remember to consider image proportions when selecting your photos.

• Please send high-resolution format photo from your camera for proper print quality with no cropping of reduction in size if possible. Our cards are high resolution files that require large photos. Small photos will blur when enlarging to fit our templates and they print blurry in most cases. Please do not crop or edit your photos prior to sending them because that can alter the aspect ratio and quality of the overall image.

• Please do not send Close-Up photos of your child. If you let us know in your order notes that you'd like for us to zoom in on the photo, we will crop the photo for you.

• Photo editing - We do NOT offer photo editing services (blurring or creating white background behind child, red-eye, etc) so please be sure and submit a photo you're happy with. We *DO* brighten, lighten and turn photos into B&W. Be sure and request that you'd like the photo to be black and white. Otherwise, it will appear in color.

1. Make your purchase and be sure to add your party details to the Notes To Seller field.
2. We personalize and send you a proof via Etsy Messenger. (No limit or charge on # of proofs!)
3.a. Digital Order - All of our proofs are print ready you can just download and approve.
3.b. Print Order - After approved we go to to print, package and mail. All printing is done in-house and shipped via USPS 2-3 Priority mail.
