• Balloons ship flat & deflated (NOTE: deflated latex balloons may appear darker in color. The true color will be revealed when balloons are inflated with helium or air.)
• String/ribbon is not included.
• Fill balloons with air or helium
• Balloons must be filled with helium in order to float.
• To fill balloons with helium, use a personal helium tank or take them to your local party store, florist, or grocery store.
• Balloons will pop if overfilled. We do not refund popped balloons.

Deflated or broken balloons can choke or suffocate children under 8 yrs. . Keep non-inflated balloons away from children. Discard any broken balloons immediately. Adult supervision required when handling balloons. Keep balloons out of reach of pets.
