This adorable farm themed party hat will sit upon his or her head. 1st Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The animal and number were diecut and then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots onto a handmade medallion. A diecut name is added on a white banner below. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on. A diecut name can be added on a white banner.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
