IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your banner will arrive with string, a needle and your die cut letters that have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.

MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 3 ft, each banner letter measures 6 inches in height, the width of each letter varies depending on the letter, and the leaf balloon measures 21 inches.
