EXTENDED LICENSE FOR LYTHIUM ART ORIGINAL ARTWORK

All our listings with original Lythium Art graphics / illustrations come with a basic / small commercial license of up to 100 units sold.
This listing is an ADVANCED licensing option for you if you want to use our designs for over 100 units sold.

Please read before purchasing:

By purchasing this EXTENDED LICENSE, you are permitted to use ONE of my image sets:

• You can create up to 10.000 projects / products and sell them.
• Credit for my store is NOT required.

You can not:
• Resell or distribute any of my designs and items in their original designs and formats as a digital product.
• Share them as freebies.

Purchases of any license from my store are non-transferable or non-refundable.
We reserve the right to revoke any license purchased if it is determined that the purchaser of this license is in violation of the store's policies or is involved in the resale of our graphics in their original form.
The violator's license will be revoked without a refund.

This license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the design file obtained in accordance with the terms of the use agreement.

If you want to use multiple kits, you need to purchase a separate license for each kit from Lythium Art shop.

To sell digital embroidery or cross stitch patterns, you need to purchase a license.

Please indicate in the "Message to the seller" for which set / picture you are buying this license.

No additional items or documents will be sent. Please note that the receipt of payment is a confirmation of the purchase of licensed items.
As proof, it will show the receipt number, quantity, picture and date.
Print or save your receipt to confirm your purchase.
