If you want to use my graphic files in MULTIPLE PROJECTS or you want to incorporate it in an item for RESALE - this is the license you have to purchase!

Please purchase this license together with the item the license is intended for.

Take a note that you don`t need this license if you will use my graphic files for a single application commercial use (example: one website, one photo album). This is covered by Regular License that comes together with the regular item purchase.

This Extended License grants you, the Purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the Graphic File you acquire (Graphic File).

Your use of the Graphic File, under the Extended License, is subject to the following conditions:

1. Your use of the Graphic File is NOT limited to a single application. You may use this Graphic File multiple times on multiple number of projects.
2. You may incorporate the Graphic File in any product that you or your client produce for resale.
3. You may not resell the Graphic File as is (not incorporated in other work).
4. You may not claim the Graphic File as your own work.
5. You don't need to provide any credit.
6. You may not directly or indirectly re-distribute, give away as a freebie, license or sub-license the Graphic File as is or incorporated in some form of digital collection (collage sheet etc.).
7. This license applies to a single item (single listing) that you purchase at subwayparty.etsy.com . A separate commercial license must be purchased for each item that you intend to use for extended commercial purposes.

- You can purchase both items separately, but don't forget to add the graphic file listing's URL to the "Note To Seller" when buying the Extended License. This information is the proof of which item has the Extended License.
