The toppers are made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The numbers and elephants are diecut and attached to patterned paper. The number piece is attached to a scalloped circle with foam tape to give it dimension. A lollipop stick and satin ribbon finishes them off.

This listing is for a set of 12. It comes with six one's and six elephants. I can also make these in other colors, patterns and with different numbers and letters too. Contact me for more details.
