A diaper cake is an essential part of every baby shower! Making your own cake can be fun, but it can be very time consuming and costly to make it on your own. From the ribbons, to the decorations, it all adds up very quickly! We developed our line of Bake-a-Cake Diaper Cake Kits to make having a Baby Blossom® Company diaper cake at your shower super easy and affordable! We'll deliver just the right amount of ribbons, decorations and assembly supplies to make your choice of a 3-tier or 2-tier pink Little Peanut diaper cake without having packs of extra supplies left over. Our 10 years of diaper cake expertise will guide you through making a professional looking diaper cake with a digital PDF and video tutorial.
Many diaper cake tutorials show you how to make a cake using cake pans. We developed a method for creating the cake base that won't require you to go out and purchase all new pans for one-time use! The diapers are fanned, not individually rolled, making it super easy for the new mom to take apart and use when she's ready. What new mom has time to take apart 50 diapers?! Fanned diapers also hold their shape, preventing leaks when they are used.
DIAPERS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You have the ability to use any brand/size the mom-to-be prefers!

Items NOT included that will be needed to complete your cake:
• scissors
• glue gun (fine tip preferred)
• glue sticks
• tape (shipping, masking etc.)
• 1/2 inch double sided tape
• 1 poster board
• 45-50 diapers for 3-tier or 25-30 for 2-tier (preferably white)
Our diaper of choice is Pampers Swaddlers in size 2. If you choose a different brand or size, the count needed will vary due to the different sizes/thicknesses of the diapers.
3-tier finished cake measures approximately 8.5" in diameter and 14" tall and 2-tier cake measures approximately 7" in diameter and 10" tall.
This tutorial should take you 30-60 minutes to complete depending on your crafting skill level. We are always available to answer any questions should you need assistance!
