3. Print at home or a local print shop, or send via email or text.

The words in the body paragraphs of the text are easy to edit in Adobe Acrobat Reader on
your PC.

This file cannot be edited on a mobile phone or device.

HOW TO EDIT THE FILE

1. Open the PDF file with ADOBE READER on your computer.
NOTE: If you cannot open the file, make sure that you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your
computer. If it is not installed, you can download it for free . Here is the link to go the Adobe

2. Personalize the letter by typing over the sample text in Adobe Reader. The text of the body
paragraphs is editable. The font style, all other colors, and fonts may not be edited.

3. Print your letter. If you experience trouble printing, in the print dialogue box, make sure that
“Document” (not Document and Markups) is selected in the dropdown menu.

• Colors may vary from computer screen to printer, and from printer to printer. These variations are beyond my control.
