Includes only a .pdf file (2 toppers per page) for you to print and assemble. Here is what you'll need to do:

(1) print the file on letter-sized paper or cardstock (I like to print them on white cardstock, but then I use a scoring tool to help me fold them without wrinkling them. If the paper is too thick and you don't have a scoring tool, they may crinkle too much at the crease. Plain white printer paper folds very easily.)
(2) trim the 2 separate bag toppers inside their border to avoid seeing the white around the page (the topper is about 1/2" wider than bags so you have some wiggle room)
(3) fold each topper in half making sure the message is fully visible when folded
(4) {after filling bag} place topper over Ziploc-type bag about 6.5" wide
(5) secure custom topper to bag using stapler (I use 2 staples, one on each side but not all the way to the edge) or double stick tape (it doesn't always hold well, be careful about the type of tape used).

Please print a tester page before printing them all just to make sure it prints well.
