Pom poms are shipped pre-assembled but not fully bloomed. Instructions are included for easy fluffing.
Every pom pom has a wire loop to tie a clear string or ribbon and easy way to hang them.
Every pom pom been made of GENEROUS amount of tissue paper sheets to make them fluffy and full.
Tissue paper used is 80% recycled. Decorations are biodegradable.
